AHG2: Regarding HMVP Table Size

Abstract
In VTM3, History-based Motion Vector Prediction (HMVP) allows to store up to 6 HMVP candidates for HMVP table. When updating the HMVP table, redundancy check is applied to prune HMVP candidates in the table. When HMVP candidates are added to merge list, maximum 5 HMVP candidates are allowed. Hence, when there are 6 HMVP candidates, the oldest entry of HMVP table is never used in the list construction. Therefore, it is proposed to change HMVP table size from 6 to 5. Experiments confirmed that with this change, there is no RD performance change. Results are identical.
