Abstract
This proposal adds temporal BV candidates to the IBC-merge list after the non-adjacent BV candidates. The proposed method is implemented on top of the ECM-12.0 reference software. The simulation results are reported as follows:

Abstract
This contribution is a crosscheck report of JVET-AH0059 which adds some temporal BV candidates to the IBC merge/AMVP list after the non-adjacent BV candidates. It is confirmed that the implementation matches the proposal and the partial results match with the proponent’s.
