Crosscheck of JVET-AN0084 (EE1-3.2: RA/LDB Unified Reference Frame Synthesis for VVC Inter Coding)

Abstract
This contribution reports the inference and training crosscheck results of JVET-AN0084, EE1-3.2. JVET-AN0084 presents int16 and float32 versions of Unified Reference Frame Synthesis (URFS) models which was first introduced in JVET-AL0105. Both LDB and RA models (int16 and float32) were made available.
