EE2-1.6: On Chroma Fusion improvement

Abstract
This contribution reports the simulation results of EE2 Test 1.6. In Test 1.6, a linear model-based chroma fusion method is proposed where the weights are derived by the adjacent template of both the reconstructed luma samples and the predicted chroma samples obtained by applying the non-LM mode. The derivation is based on the LDL decomposition method used in CCCM. The experimental results are summarized as follows:
