EE2-1.9: Self-Aware Filter Estimation for CCLM

Abstract
This contribution presents results of EE2-1.9, known as a self-aware filter estimation CCLM (SAFE-CCLM) method to ECM. On top of ECM-6.0, simulation results of the proposed method are reported as below:
