Crosscheck of JVET-AA0062 (EE2-3.3: Combination of EE2-3.1 and EE2-3.2)

Abstract
This contribution is a cross-check report of JVET-AA0062, which reports the results for EE2-3.3 on the combination of intra block copy (IBC) merge mode with block vector differences as in EE2-3.1 and a reconstruction-reordered IBC as in EE2-3.2 for screen content coding to improve the coding performance of ECM software.
