Crosscheck of EE2-1.1c from JVET-Y0150 (EE2-1.1: Tests on unsymmetric partitioning methods)

Abstract
This contribution reports the crosscheck results for EE2-1.1c [1, 4], which investigates the combination of Asymmetric Binary Tree (ABT) partitioning and Unsymmetric Quad-Tree (UQT) partitioning. Some simulations are still ongoing. Already finished results match with those supplied by the proponents, except for a single rate point (different SIMD behaviour).
