Crosscheck of JVET-U0078 (AHG9: Out-of-loop luma mapping with chroma scaling using APS or SEI message parameters signalling)

Abstract
This contribution reports the cross-checking results for contribution JVET-U0078 on Out-of-loop luma mapping with chroma scaling using APS or SEI message parameters signalling [1]. The cross-checking tests were performed for HDR PQ content only under CTC conditions [2] for AI and RA configurations. LDB configuration has also been tested. All results matched the results provided in JVET-U0078.
