Crosscheck of JVET-O0550 (CE2-related: Further simplification of chroma residual scaling factors derivation)

Abstract
This document reports the results of crosschecking JVET-O0550 proposed by Huawei. JVET-O0550 proposes three simplified methods for derivation of chroma residual scaling factors to reduce the latency for the chroma residual scaling. The verification task was mostly done. Our partial BD bitrate results of Method 1 match exactly with the corresponding results in JVET-O0550. However, mismatched experimental results between encoding and decoding are observed for Methods 2 and 3.
