Crosscheck of JVET-N0158 (CE9-related: Alternative method of SAD based early termination for BDOF)

Abstract
The cross checker reports that the source code provided by KDDI who proposes JVET-N0158 has been carefully analysed and has been found to be consistent with the description in JVET-N0158. In JVET-N0158, early termination methods for BDOF by using SAD value of DMVR is proposed and two conditions are tested. The cross checker could reproduce the results reported in JVET-N0158. The difference from measured encoder and decoder run time ratios to those reported in JVET-N0158 is acceptable.
