Crosscheck of JVET-M0397 (CE6-related: DST-3 based transform kernels derivation)

Abstract
This document reports cross-check results of JVET-M0397 where an efficient and low complexity transform kernels is derived for a 6464 DST-3 kernel, which can be partitioned into 3232 DST-4, 1616 DST-4, 88 DST-4, 44 DST-4, 22 DST-4 and 22 DST-3. The experiments were done under the common test conditions (CTC). It is obvious that the cross-check results are matched with the experimental results provided by the proponent of JVET-M0397 [1] with negligible EncT and DecT differences.
