Abstract
This contribution proposes a common text for agreed minimal required fixes for Adaptive Color space Transform (ACT). In addition, version 3 changes the ACT color transform to a reversible variant.

An update (with a title change to include “and transform change” for scope clarity) should be provided that integrates the alternative transform from JVET-Q0510 and changes the offset values accordingly.
