AHG9: Showcase for Real-time Decoding using Video-based Implicit Representations for 4DGS

Abstract
This contribution describes the showcase decoder implementation for the Video-based Implicit Representation for Gaussian Splats (VIR-GS) as described in JVET-AP0213. This showcase demonstrates real-time decoding capabilities of static and dynamic I-3DGS scenes from a compressed bitstream containing implicit representations. The decoding process involves video decoding and reconstructing the I-3DGS format from feature planes using small neural networks.
