Crosscheck of JVET-AN0192 (Non-EE2: Modification of reconstructed area for EIP)

Abstract
This contribution reports the crosscheck results of JVET-AN0192. It is proposed to reduce the size of the three reconstructed areas for EIP mode. The proposed method is implemented on top of ECM-18.0 software. The crosscheck results are summarized as follows,
