Crosscheck of JVET-AL0151 (EE2-3.2: Extension on spatial and temporal merge candidates)

Abstract
This document reports the crosscheck results of EE2-3.2 in JVET-AL0151. The EE2 test 3.2 proposes to use additional spatial blocks and temporal blocks along the CU boundary to derive spatial and temporal merge candidates.
