AHG14: The extension of SADL library

Abstract
This contribution presents the extensions in the Small AdHoc Deep Learning (SADL) library from Wuhan University. These extensions include a new layer (Tile) and SIMD256/SIMD512 acceleration for the Conv2dTranspose_2x2.
