Crosscheck of JVET-AJ0090 (AHG12: temporal ALF)

Abstract
This contribution reports the crosscheck results of JVET-AJ0090[1], which proposes an adaptive loop filter that uses temporal reconstructed information as the input to a filter whose output will enhance the current picture. It is confirmed that the available simulation results are matched with those provided in JVET-AJ0090 except some RA class A and B sequences. The difference should be due to the ECM-14.0 issue on different test environments.
