This document describes common test conditions (CTC), reference software and configurations, anchor generation, reporting and other information to be used for experimenting and evaluating technologies for optimization of encoders and receiving systems for machine analysis of coded video content after the 35th JVET meeting. These common test conditions are recommended for use in technical contributions to the 36th and following JVET meetings, as applicable.
