AHG9: On Neural Network Post Filter with Multiple Temporal Extrapolations
Abstract
The current Neural-Network Post-Filter allows temporal extrapolation purpose. It is asserted that currently NNPF can only return one possible temporal extrapolation result. It is proposed to allow NNPF to return multiple temporal extrapolation results.
