Crosscheck of JVET-AG0185 (Non-EE2: Slice based Rice parameter selection for transform skip residual coding)

Abstract
This contribution is a crosscheck report of JVET-AG0185 for slice-based Rice parameter selection for transform skip residual coding, a slice-based Rice parameter mechanism is used to screen content sequences (SCC) coding. Additionally, the allowed values of the Rice parameters are { 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 } in JVET-AG0185. It is confirmed that the implementation matches the proposal and the partial results match with the proponent’s.
