EE2-5: Adaptive filter shape switch and using samples before deblocking filter for adaptive loop filter

Abstract
This contribution reports the results of EE2 tests related to adaptive loop filter (ALF) including coding tree block (CTB) level ALF shape switch and longer ALF shape (EE2-5.1), using samples before deblocking filter for ALF (EE2-5.2) and combined tests of EE2-5.1 and EE2-5.2. On top of ECM-5.0 with common test condition, simulation results are reported as below.
