EE2-2.6: Combination tests of Test 2.3, Test 2.4 and Test 2.5

Abstract
This contribution presents the results of the combinations between Test 2.3, Test 2.4, and Test 2.5 regarding some improvements around the process called Adaptive Reordering of the Merge Candidates list (ARMC) and enhanced MMVD. Test 2.3 is an extension of template matching based reordering method for extended MMVD (TMR-EMMVD). Test 2.4 uses refined motion vectors as input of the ARMC process while Test 2.5 introduces a different criterion to order the motion vector candidates.
