Crosscheck of JVET-W0108: EE2-related: Low complexity sign prediction

Abstract
This document reports the crosschecking results of JVET-W0108 where a down-sampling based cost function is proposed to reduce the computational complexity of sign prediction tool in ECM-1.0. The software used for the crosschecking was provide from the proponent which is verified to be consistent with the description in JVET-W0108. All available the BD-rate points are perfectly matched with the results provided from the proponent.
