Crosscheck of Decoder Side Refinement tools in JVET-V0120 and Additional Results

Abstract
This contribution reports crosscheck results for tool-on tests related to decoder side MV refinement in JVET-V0120. The performance and runtimes are reportedly verified. This document also reports additional tests performed by the authors for better understanding of the tools.
