Abstract
Proposal 1: It is proposed that decoding unit related syntax elements: du_common_cpb_removal_delay_flag, du_common_cpb_removal_delay_increment_minus1[ i ], num_nalus_in_du_minus1[ i ] and du_cpb_removal_delay_increment_minus1[ i ][ j ] in picture timing message be signalled only when there is more than one DU in an AU. A corresponding modification is proposed to duCpbRemovalDelayInc variable derivation.
