Abstract
This is a cross-check report for JVET-Q0712 (Non-CE2: Extension of error limit table in JVET-Q0503 to high QP)[1]. It is confirmed that the cross-check results match the one from the proponents. As a crosschecker, we think it is a necessary bugfix to the software encoder to prevent any crash or irregular result as the range of the quantization parameter is extended.
