Crosscheck of JVET-Q0123 (CE4-related: Modifications of GEO)

Abstract
This contribution reports the cross-checking results of JVET-Q0123, where two aspects are proposed to modify GEO, i.e., (1) disable 64x8 and 8x64 sized GEO block; (2) on top of (1) and classify blocks into 5 categories and fix the number of modes to 14 by only allowing (inverse) diagonal angles for each category of blocks. The simulation results reportedly match those provided by the proponents.
