Crosscheck of JVET-Q0521 (Alignment of BDPCM for ACT)

Abstract
This contribution reports cross-checking results for JVET-Q0521 (Alignment of BDPCM for ACT) which proposes to infer the chroma mode to be BDPCM when the luma BDPCM mode and ACT are both enabled for a block. The crosschecker verified that the software implementation matches the description and the simulation BD-rate results reportedly match those provided by the proponents.
