Crosscheck of JVET-O0748 (Non-CE3: On signalling for intra coding mode in the MPM list)

Abstract
This contribution reports the crosscheck results of test 4 and test 5 in JVET-O0748. The software implementation as provided by the proponent of JVET-O0748 has been studied and confirmed to be aligned with the proposal description. Simulation results as provided in this contribution are reportedly matching with the results provided by proponent of JVET-O0748.
