Crosscheck of JVET-N0190 (Non-CE6: Modifications on sub-block transform)

Abstract
This contribution reports the crosscheck results of JVET-N0190 which is related to modifications on sub-block transform. The software implementation as provided by the proponent of JVET-N0190 has been studied and confirmed to be aligned with the proposal description. Full simulation results as provided in this contribution are reportedly matching with the results provided by proponent of JVET-N0190.
