Cross-check of JVET-N0363 (CE6-related: Modified encoder decision for transform skip)

Abstract
This contribution reports the crosscheck results of JVET-N0308 which is related to the modification of encoder decision for transform skip.The software implementation as provided by the proponent of JVET-N0363 has been investigated and confirmed to be aligned with the proposal description. Available simulations results are reportedly matching with the results provided by proponent of JVET-N0363.
