Crosscheck of JVET-N0146

Abstract
The document reports the results of crosschecking JVET-N0146 proposed by Sharp. The JVET-N0146 method consists in disabling DMVR when BPWA uses non-default weights and/or when WP (weighted prediction) is enabled with non-default weights. The verification task was done, and the BD-rate results match exactly with those in CE1-5.5 (JVET-N0146).
