Methodology and reporting template for neural network coding tool testing
Abstract
This document describes methodology for neural network coding tool testing and provides a template for reporting the details of the neural network coding tools. It is encouraged to use the provided template as a guidance to analyze the proposed neural network coding tools and include it in CE 13 and AHG9 (neural network tool in video coding) related contributions after the 13th JVET meeting.
