Crosscheck of JVET-M0468 (Non-CE: Hadamard transform domain filter)

Abstract
This document reports the cross check results of “Non-CE: Hadamard transform domain filter (JVET-M0468)”, which is about post-reconstruction filter based on Hadamard transform. It was tested under 3 different test conditions: minimum filtered block size is 8x4 and 4x8, minimum filtered block size is 8x8 and when filter is applied to inter blocks only. The simulation was carried out under CTC. The results provided by the proponent were verified.
