CE9-related: Combination of JVET-M0077 and CE9.2.5

Abstract
This contribution presents combination test results of JVET-M0077 and CE9.2.5. CE9.2.5 is an early termination method for decoder-side motion vector refinement (DMVR). JVET-M0077 is an relaxation method of block size restriction for DMVR. BD-rate gain for luma is -0.77% and decoding time is 120% compared with VTM-3.0. The decoding time is accelerated 2% by the early termination with 0.04% luma BD-rate increasing.
