CE11: Luma-adaptive deblocking filter (CE11.2.2)

Abstract
This contribution reports test results of CE11.2.2 on luma-adaptive deblocking filter (LADF). The filter strength of the proposed deblocking filter is coSntrolled based on the averaged luma level of the reconstructed samples. This contribution investigates the performances of LADF with two settings. The first setting is the same as original proposed setting which is applied modified filtering to brighter areas only. The second setting is the alternative setting which is applied to brighter areas and darker areas both.
