Cross-check of JVET-K0105: CE9-related: Simplification of Decoder Side Motion Vector Derivation

Abstract
The contribution presents a crosscheck report of Simplification of Decoder Side Motion Vector Derivation (CE9-related). The experimental results match with those provided by proponents in BMS. For test2, it is reported that the coding gain is 2.58%, 2.48 % and 2.59 % in bdrate-Y, Cb, Cr on average in CTC RA configuration.
