Crosscheck of JVET-P0641 (Non-CE3: Combination of JVET-P0596 and JVET-P0531 on removal of 2xN chroma intra blocks)

Abstract
This is cross-check report for JVET-P0641 (Non-CE3: Combination of JVET-P0596 and JVET-P0531 on removal of 2xN chroma intra blocks). The cross-check results of AI, RA and AI with dual-tree off match with what is provided by proponent in JVET-P0641. In addition, the partial cross-check results of LDB match with what is provided by proponent in JVET-P0641. Note that the request of LDB cross-check is too late, the partial results of LDB is compared and the full results will be uploaded later.
