Crosscheck of JVET-P0422 (Non-CE7: Unified neighbouring block selection in context and MV/mode derivation)

Abstract
This contribution reports cross-checking results for JVET-P0422 (Non-CE7: Unified neighbouring block selection in context and MV/mode derivation) which proposes to use the MPM spatial neighbor locations for context derivation as well so that the access of neighbor information could be reduced. The crosschecker verified that the software implementation matches the description and the simulation BD-rate results reportedly match those provided by the proponents.
