Crosscheck of JVET-O0653 (Non-CE4: Motion field storage simplification for triangular prediction mode)

Abstract
This contribution reports the crosschecking results of JVET-O0653: Non-CE4: Motion field storage simplification for triangular prediction mode, which proposes an alternative method of motion vector storage for the triangular prediction mode. The source code provided by the proponents was inspected and implements the methods described in JVET-O0653. The coding results obtained for Random-access (RA) and Low delay (LB) are matching the coding results provided by the proponents.
