Crosscheck of JVET-O0279 (CE4-related: Simplification of motion vector storing process for triangle prediction mode)

Abstract
In JVET-O0279, four methods are proposed to simplify motion vector storage process for triangle prediction mode. This contribution reports cross-check results for JVET-O0279. It is reported that the description in the JVET-O0279 matches with the software provided by the proponent. It is also reported that the simulation results in terms of BD-rate are matched.
