Crosscheck of JVET-O0575 (CE7-related: Reduction for context coded bins in transform skip mode)

Abstract
This document reports the results of crosschecking JVET-O0575 proposed by Bytedance. JVET-O0575 proposed to limit the number of context coded bins for transform skip (TS) mode based on the block size, with less context coded bins for small blocks. The verification task was done, and the BD-rate results of all of the tests match exactly with those in JVET-O0575.
