Crosscheck of JVET-O0546 (Non-CE3/6: Transform selection for MRL)

Abstract
This contribution reports the crosscheck results of JVET-O0546 where MTS (Multiple Transform Selection) is not allowed for intra-coded blocks with non-zero reference line index in order to reduce encoder complexity. It is confirmed that the software implementation is aligned with the proposal description and the test results provided by the proponent of JVET-O0546 are matched with the crosscheck results.
