Abstract
In VTM5.0, the signalling of low frequency non-separable transform (LFNST) needs to count the number of the nonzero coefficients of each transform block (TB) of transform units (TUs) in one coding unit (CU), which causes a latency issue when one TU contains multiple TBs. Two methods are proposed in this contribution to solve this issue.
