Description of Core Experiment 11 (CE11): Deblocking
Abstract
The goal of this Core Experiment (CE) is to improve and/or enhance deblocking filtering techniques in the test model (VTM). Techniques covered by this CE are related long deblocking filters, filtering on the 4x4 boundaries, and other modifications to deblocking.
