CE3: Multiple Reference Intra Prediction (tests 1.2.5)

Abstract
This contribution reports results of CE3-1.2.5, related to Multiple Reference sample-based Intra Prediction (MRIP), described in JVET-K01622, implemented within the JVET BMS-2.0.1. Simulation results reportedly show an average luma BD-rate variation of -0.18%, resp. -0.10%, in All Intra (AI), resp. Random Access (RA) configuration, compared with VTM.
