CE6-related: AMT with only Type2/Type4 DCT/DST

Abstract
In order to reduce the number of core transforms, this contribution proposes a modified AMT with only type2/type4 DCT/DST, which replaces 2^M-pt DCT-5, DCT-8, DST-1 and DST-7 with alternate transforms 2^M-pt DCT-2, DCT-4, DST-2 and DST-4. As a result, the number of core transform reduces 4 from 5. It is also described that matrices of 2^M-pt alternate transforms can be extracted from the matrix of larger 2^N-pt DCT-2 (M<N) based on the property of DCT-2 and relationships of DCT-4/DST-4 and DCT-2/DST-2. It would be useful to further reduce memory usage to store core transforms.
