JVET-AP0155 AHG9: On the display rectangles SEI message [S. Xie, P. Wu, Y. Gao, W. Niu, Y. Bai (ZTE)]

This contribution proposes improvements to the syntax and the semantics of the display rectangles SEI (DR SEI) in the VSEI TuC draft of JVET-AO2032. The proposed modifications are as follows:

Item 1: Fix and align syntax element names:

dr_display_aspect_ratio[ i ] >>> dr_display_aspect_ratio_idc[ i ]

Item 2: Fix bugs and correct some other typos:

Let Blur(OutPic, InPic, x0, y0, w0, h0, sigma0 ) be specified as ...... >>> Let Blur(OutPic, InPic, x0, y0, w0, h0, DrKernelSize, sigma0 ) be specified as ......
