Crosscheck of JVET-AN0121 (EE2-1.1: On partitioning optimization)

Abstract
This contribution is a crosscheck report of JVET-AN0121, which reports the test results of EE2-1.1. In test EE2-1.1, two aspects are investigated. The first aspect applies a restriction on TT splitting to avoid redundant partitioning structures when BT is combined with TT. The second aspect predicts the allowance of the split mode (No split) based on the minimum total depth obtained from the temporal area.
