Crosscheck of JVET-AM0069 (Non-EE2: On Sign Prediction)

Abstract
This contribution is a crosscheck report of JVET-AM0069, where to include non-sign prediction coefficients in the calculation of hypotheses corresponding to the last two sign prediction coefficients. It is confirmed that the implementation matches the proposal and the partial results match with the proponent’s.
